Lize Cuveele

Biography

Lize Cuveele (Belgium, 1997) graduated from the Royal Institute of Theater, Cinema and Sound (RITCS) in Brussels with “Blue Bed”, a short documentary about a young couple shown solely in their bed. In her work, she focuses on her characters and their world of sentiment. She makes atmospheric documentaries about socially relevant themes, like beauty standards in western society and the racism involved, autism, borderline personality disorder and the world of dreams and sleeping disorders.
